WM Driver in the Spotlight

While servicing his route in Salem, MA recently, Driver Eric Barros was approached by a woman in distress as she realized she had accidentally placed her purse in her trash cart. To make matters worse, she was heading out of town that day for a family funeral. Thankfully Eric was able to calm her down and said he would do whatever he could to help her find the purse. Working with his supervisor, WM contacted the disposal site so that Eric could place the truck’s load in a safe place to be searched.  After a while they were able to locate the purse and return it to the owner. Thank you, Eric, for going above and beyond to serve our customers. Great work!
